Some buyers and sellers arrive at the closing feeling terrific about the transactions--they like each other, they like their new home, their Realtor, and even the lender. Others feel stressed out and are complete nervous wrecks. Whether you are the buyer or the seller, you will play an important part in determining which of these scenarios characterizes your closing. I works hard to make things go as smoothly as possible, but the quality of the transaction often depends not so much on what happens, but how you react to what happens. If you communicate confidence in the professionals who are helping you, the atmosphere will remain positive even if there are complications. Real estate transactions are inherently complex. One of a Realtor's most important responsibilities is to complete the sale, even if everything that could possibly go wrong occurs. And it is especially gratifying when the buyers and sellers have a noteworthy positive experience.
I love my home. Thank you for your friendship and guidance. I will always be in your debt for your hard work and dedication.

I WAS SHOCKED when I called Kathryn ( I saw her name on a 'for sale' sign) and asked if she knew of any 'hot deals' out there. My wife and I were sold on Westlake Village. Our house was in escrow and we were kind of under the gun to find something. We had called several agents just to get their feedback over the phone and I must admit that I dreaded the usual . Not only did Kathryn, show us what was on the MLS, but she had a couple of listings to show us that were not on the MLS. We felt very priviledged to have that 'inside information'. To make a long story short she showed us three homes that we loved and we ended up buying the home of our dreams at the end of a cul-de-sac with a BILLION dollar view. If finding our dream home wasn't enough, her 'inside connections' got our daughter an interview at Oaks Christian High School and subsequently we enrolled her there. If you're interested in finding your dreamhome, give her a shot. It sounds crazy, but she was really interested in making sure were comfortable every step of the way to the extent that if we werent comfortable then she wasn't comfortable. She found us the house, the loan and the school. What more could anybody ask for? Kathryn, we LOVE you....
